When you sign in to Companion with Google, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture. As you use the service, we collect sandbox and companion configurations, AI usage metrics, and subscription details. If you subscribe to a paid plan, your payment information is collected and processed by our payment provider. We also collect product analytics data including page views and feature usage.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide and operate the Companion platform, including provisioning dedicated sandboxes and managing persistent storage. We process payments and enforce usage budgets based on your subscription tier. We send transactional emails related to your account and service activity. We use analytics data to understand usage patterns and improve the product.
3. Third-Party Services
We use third-party service providers for authentication, database hosting, cloud infrastructure, payment processing, product analytics, real-time communication, transactional email, and AI model inference. Each provider processes data as necessary to deliver their respective services and is bound by their own privacy policies.
4. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored using hosted database and cloud infrastructure providers. All data in transit is encrypted using TLS. Authentication is handled through OAuth 2.0 with server-side sessions. Sandbox environments run in isolated containers with dedicated resources.

You can delete your account, which permanently removes your profile, sandboxes, companions, and all associated data.
